# Interior design in Johor Bahru

We do not design to a house style. Every home is planned around the people in it: their habits, their routines, how many of them there are.

We only charge the design fee after you confirm the floor plan.

## How we work

### Start 3 to 6 months before you get the keys

Good planning needs time. Your floor plan is enough to begin.

[Before you collect your keys](/before-handover/)

### Design fee only after the floor plan is confirmed

The first layout, moodboard and preliminary quote come before you pay anything.

### Five steps, from floor plan to construction

At every step you know what you give us, and what you get back.

就好比有屋顶般的屋子
给每个人一种踏实感

Like a house with a roof over it, giving everyone a sense of security.
