# Renovation in Johor Bahru

Whether it is an older house that no longer fits how you live, or a whole home to plan from scratch, we start the same way: your floor plan, and how you live.

## Older houses

Houses that have been lived in for years often have the same problems: not enough storage, a kitchen that does not suit how you cook, rooms used differently from how they were built. We plan the layout again around who lives there now.

## Condos

In a smaller unit every corner has to work. In The Social Home, a 900 sqft unit at Paisley Metro Park, the living room was planned around dining and conversation instead of a TV.

## Whole-home renovation

For a full renovation we design the whole home together, from layout to materials to built-in carpentry, so every room feels like part of the same house.

## How a renovation runs

The same five steps as every project. You get a first layout and a preliminary quote before you pay anything, and we only charge the design fee after you confirm the floor plan.
