Our 5-step process, from floor plan to construction

We suggest getting in touch 3 to 6 months before you collect your keys. Good planning needs time, and this way nothing has to be rushed.

We look at your space
Send us your floor plan, or we arrange a site visit to see the space and understand what you need.
You give us: your floor plan, or a time to visit the site

First layout, moodboard and quote
Back at the studio we draw a first space plan based on your needs, put together a design moodboard, and give you a preliminary quote based on that layout.
You get: a first layout, a moodboard and a preliminary quote.

You confirm the floor plan. Then we charge the design fee.
Only when the layout direction is right and you have confirmed it do we collect the design fee. Not before.
You pay: the design fee, only at this step. · How we charge

3D design and full quotation
We draw the 3D design and revise it with you until the final version. From that final version we prepare the complete quotation.
You get: 3D drawings and a complete quotation.

Work begins
Once materials, design and the final price are all agreed, construction starts.
You confirm: materials, design and the final price.

How we keep the work on schedule

To be added: how Rooftop Interior Design keeps a project on schedule (site checks, who updates you, how often). Only the client can tell us this.
