In a smaller unit every corner has to work. In The Social Home, a 900 sqft unit at Paisley Metro Park, the living room was planned around dining and conversation instead of a TV.

For a full renovation we design the whole home together, from layout to materials to built-in carpentry, so every room feels like part of the same house.

The same five steps as every project. You get a first layout and a preliminary quote before you pay anything, and we only charge the design fee after you confirm the floor plan.
